TP SVA is a Digital Support Platform designed to connect client experiences with specialized professionals, to explore, diagnose and solve any type of product, sales or technical, or customer interaction through smartphone cameras (on the client customer side), desktops (on the TP agent side) and AI optical capabilities to strengthen front-middle-back office processes.
TP SVA will collect personal and device information including: agent user account (i.e. employee email or employment ID), phone number country code (only in cases where the communication initiation link is send by SMS), customer code referring to external CRM system, communication start timestamp, communication end timestamp, data related to SMS transmission (i.e. SMS sequence no, transmission result, send timestamp), language chosen for customer’s UI, customer category (used by SVA’s reporting system), text messages sent by agent to customer, snapshots or recorded parts of customer’s video stream received by the agent during a communication.
Video and Audio streams: Depending on the network configuration, data is transferred directly from one connection end to the other or is
relayed through a data relay server part of TP SVA infrastructure
Video Recording: The recorded video is kept in the agent’s browser volatile
memory during the recording phase and can only be saved permanently (if specifically enabled) in an external location which will be defined in
the agent’s browser configuration.
TP SVA will only process the information strictly for future reference and follow-up, reporting, software support purposes and detection of text embedded in video stream (Google’s OCR).
Teleperformance retains the information listed above for a certain configurable period depending on Client (e.g., 30 days) after which will be deleted or masked.
Teleperformance reserves the right to amend, waive or modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you will be notified, in writing, of any such changes during your use of TP SVA.
As a Data Subject, you have rights relating to your personal information as set out in your TP Employee Privacy Notice and our Teleperformance Group Privacy Policy.
I agree to use TP SVA on my device. I understand that TP SVA will use my device’s camera strictly for the purposes described above, including if I am participating in the Bring Your Own Device program (BOYD) (meaning that I use my personal device while working at Teleperformance). I understand TP SVA will process the personal information listed in the section "What information do we collect and process?" in the manner described herein. I agree not to take screenshots or record videos if the customer is showing sensitive information such as credit card numbers or personal information, or if the customer shows their face or another person’s face.
